YOUTH ATHLETE PROGRAM
The Youth Athlete Training Program is the basis for getting up to speed on two wheels & in the gym for you young guns. Following this program will give you a high-level training structure throughout the week which includes strength, speed & power, endurance, rest & recovery, MTB sessions, MTB Skills, sprints & more.
This program is for all levels of athlete looking to gain a more structured routine, putting in the work & achieving the results they want to get faster on the bike. This holistic training program is guaranteed get you stronger, fitter & faster than every before, but most importantly - in a healthy & sustainable way.
What's the difference between the Athlete & Youth Athlete Training Program? The Youth Athlete Program prioritises a lot more on-the-bike based training sessions and riding days. We understand that young fellas just want to ride there bike and have more fun when there's plenty of time to knuckle down and get serious with it in the years to come.

HOW LONG BEFORE I BEGIN NOTICING RESULTS?
We encourage you to give our programming your best effort for 6 weeks to really settle in to & build consistency with your new lifestyle & training routine. After this you should begin to notice some fat loss, power & strength gains, plus fitness in the gym & on the bike!
HOW MUCH SUPPORT DO I GET?
You will have constant communication with the coach, as much as you need. Simply reach out for any questions or queries you have & we'll get right back to you!
