BUILT STRONG - 16 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM
It does what it says on the tin, the Built Strong Training Program has be designed to make you strong! this 12 week training program consists of 4 strength sessions per week, mixed in with condition, intervals, recovery and of course, MTB skills & rides.
Across the 16 weeks, you'll be building a tone of strength through heavy lifting and volume training to make you an unbelievably powerful athlete on the bike.
What you'll need to get the most out of this Program:
- Access to a gym, or training facility
- An AirBike, Stationary Bike, Zwift or Bike Erg
- Your race weapon ready to roll
- Determination to improve you strength, fitness & speed on the bike!

HOW LONG BEFORE I BEGIN NOTICING RESULTS?
We encourage you to give our programming your best effort for 6 weeks to really settle in to & build consistency with your new lifestyle & training routine. After this you should begin to notice some fat loss, power & strength gains, plus fitness in the gym & on the bike!
HOW MUCH SUPPORT DO I GET?
You will have constant communication with the coach, as much as you need. Simply reach out for any questions or queries you have & we'll get right back to you!
